查爾斯頓機場西戴斯溫德姆套房酒店 (Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Charleston Airport West)

First was never told place was being renovated rooms were clean but heating unting is falling apart I should be happy it works ! for in room phone doesn't ,no winter blankets on bed , no coffee pot in room, room smelled of marijuana,worst for last NO HOT WATER walls have chips and or holes in them so called closet isn't even framed properly ,paint chips falling and peeling from ceiling ( hot water worked after owner checked water heater) If was told ahead of time I would had booked another hotel, but probably came here when they are ready for humans they even booked domine in a room that was already taken.. I get they probably just bought this dive and are trying to fix it up . However having people in these rooms are just neglect to their customers .Lack of respect for me & other customers.I would only book from here again if it was for someone I do not like in hopes they would be miserable 😖 It would had been nice if I was made aware of everything this hotel lacks .The staff friendly, but not even they could had made this better I waisted almost $84.49. To lay my head down in a room that just not ready for to be used At all . If they had been honest with made these issues aware on their web site I would have probably booked when they are finished with renovations. Now I don't care to be reminded that for $10. More I could had stayed across the street and had a coffee pot The rooms not worth 84.49 $ maybe $60. Truly hope they get it together before Spring break .

When arrive, checked in, I did request a smoking room, but the room was dirty and smelt like **** (*****) the room was dirty, the staff did change my room to a cleaner room, but stated to me that you asked for a smoking room, and I did but not one smells like **** and not clean. The next room was clean but the towels was dirty and the pillow covers were dirty also, so I went to Walmart and bought some for my personal use. Didn’t eat the breakfast due to it was a bag and go and due to the experience of the room I didn’t feel comfortable eating breakfast. And I didn’t get much sleep during my stay because of the loud music and activities in the rooms. I was not happy with my stay at this location.
